Please, note that the registration procedure differs from the website in its layout and that there are some mandatory steps.
In order to complete your registration, please fill in the forms and press on ‘Next’ at the end of each page.

Registration Procedure

All registrations/reservations to the TaCo 2022 Conference must be made through the online form.
In case of reduced fee selection, please provide a formal certification signed from your University.

Please note that your registration will be effective only after we have received the total amount due by bank transfer or by credit card.

Please, consider that receiving a payment from a not registered participant doesn’t allow us to issue the regular invoice and consequently isn’t valid until the due registration on our online platform.
Therefore, please, in order to register to the Conference you must make sure to have duly completed the registration form before making the payment.

In the 'Invoice' section of the registration form, please also specify the fiscal address and VAT/tax code:
- In the case of refunds from your Company/Institution, please select "Company"
- If you are paying independently, please insert your personal fiscal data.

Please note
No pro-forma invoice will be issued.
All participants are required to carefully check the inserted data for the invoice(s).
Any change of the invoice details (such as address, VAT number etc.) is exclusively possible within 3 days from payment date and is subject to a 20 EUR extra fee. In case of doubt, please check with your company/institution administration first.

Conference fees:
• Full refund for cancellations received before August 16, 2022 (midnight CEST)
(please note: € 20 will be withheld for administrative practices);
• 50% refund for cancellations received between August 17 and August 30, 2022 (midnight CEST);
• No refunds will be granted after August 30, 2022 (midnight CEST).

Cancellation of optional tours and Conference dinner:
• Full refund for cancellations received before September 13, 2022 (midnight CEST);
• No refunds will be granted after September 13, 2022 (midnight CEST).

All refunds will be processed starting from one month after the Conference. A € 20 bank commission expense will be charged.
Save time and book an accommodation when registering to the TaCo 2022 Conference!

In order to finalize your booking, you will be asked to provide credit card details, which will be used only as a guarantee of the reservation. The Conference Secretariat will forward your request and provide an official confirmation by email once the availability is confirmed.

Please note your card won’t be charged during the booking procedure, as payment will take place directly at the hotel check-out. City taxes will be charged as well:
• € 4.00 per person per night for 3 star hotels;
• € 6.00 per person per night for 4 star hotels;
• € 7.00 per person per night for 5 star hotels.
In accordance with Law 196/2003 and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 all data provided will be treated for your registration and further administrative requirements, and will be added in our database to receive further invitations to similar ventures.
The data owner may access all the information available to us and exercise the rights of cancellation and opposition to the treatment as expected from the Privacy Law by sending a request to the address:

Reduced € 150,00 € 200,00 Attendees enrolled to Universities, Academies, Educational Institutes, Schools or Master’s Degrees, or independent scholars and/or adjunct lecturers. Participants to this category must provide a valid certificate or declaration.
PhD € 170,00 € 220,00 Delegates who are completing their PhD or other qualification while holding a salaried post will be expected to pay the PhD Student fee.

All rates include 22% VAT.
